Storage Policy :

• No OVERNIGHT vehicle parking permitted.
   
• Rental payments are due on the 1^st of each month.  Manager locks will be placed on units not paid in full by the 7^th.
   
• Late fees will be charged to per lease agreement.
   
• You must have your own insurance on your contents. Most people can add it to their current homeowners or renters policy.

To pay by CHECK:

• When paying your rent by a personal check, online banking or money order, please write your unit number on check.

To pay by CREDIT or DEBIT card:

• Click on “Pay here” button and follow instructions

Note:  All transactions paid by credit or debit cards will be process on the next business day.

Note: For units that have a managers lock on it, when payment has been made (to pay outstanding balance in full), unit will be unlocked within 24 hours or on the next business day after payment has been processed.
